Panama Jazz Festival’s closing concert together with Danilo Pérez

Bohuslän Big Band were invited by pianist and composer Danilo Pérez to take part in the prestigious Panama Jazz Festival in January 2025. During the festival, the big band performed in the large outdoor concert that concluded the entire festival together with Danilo Pérez. The program featured music from their joint album Lumen. The concert, held at the City of Knowledge in Panama City, was the largest live performance Bohuslän Big Band has ever given, with up to 30,000 people in the audience.

The Panama Jazz Festival attracts tens of thousands of visitors every year from different parts of the world and is not only one of Latin America’s most important jazz events, but also a platform for building bridges between different cultures through music.
